Roses and Blushes -        50f (10c) to 55f (13c)

Dessert Wines -               60f (15c) to 65f (18c)

Serving Order:

Serve white wines before red.

Serve dry wine before sweet wine.

Serve light-bodied wines before full-bodied wines.

Serve simple wines before complex wines.

Aeration:

The taste and nose of most wines improve when wine is allowed to breath. To properly aerate a wine, pour it into a carafe. Young tannic red wines such as Cabernet Saufignon, Rhone Valley, Bordeaux, and Italian red wines will need at least an hour of aeration.

Full bodied white wines such as Burgandy and Bordeaux are also better after a good aerating for about 1/2 hour.
